Walmart Fall Finds!

This has got to be my favorite Walmart post to date. I think I say that EVERY time but it’s so true. I am in love with this outfit from head to toe but especially these jeans! Although the tote bag and shoes are a close second.

These jeans have the best distressing and rips. The wash is perfect and the material is soft and stretchy. I ended up ordering my regular size in these and they fit great. I bought two other pairs of Sofia Vergara jeans and sized up one size but not in these ones here. The other pairs are this one and this one. If you haven’t checked out her clothing line at Walmart I would encourage you to do so. The price point is around $25 but the fit and washes are much more like designer jeans. I was super impressed! Actually this top is also from Sofia Vergara brand. I thought it was a little boho and paired well with the vibe of the jeans, shoes, and bag. I got my regular size xs.

The tote bag and shoes are also absolute musts! I actually ended up buying the tote in three colors! This olive, a light pink and a floral one. They look a lot pricier than they actually are and the quality is great.

Lastly these shoes. So comfortable and look really expensive! I actually have a very similar pair that I paid close to $200 for! These are only — and look and feel just as nice!

You guys know I love a good deal and love finding pieces that look more expensive than they actually are. This entire outfit is exactly that and I really couldn’t love it more! Have you found any gems at Walmart recently? I feel like their fall fashion game is top notch!

Kitchen Updating-Serena & Lily Style!

I have been dreaming about doing this post for probably two years. I have always wanted to work with Serena and Lily because I have always been in love with the look of their Riviera chairs. So when the opportunity arose, I jumped! Our previous counter stools were starting to look like they had taken a beating so the timing was perfect. The Riviera stools make the most gorgeous statement in any room. Your eye just immediately goes to them. The best part is that they are SO easy to clean. They are made out of woven plastic so they are super child-friendly. I opted for the Fog color (white with light grey) but was pretty tempted with the gorgeous and classic navy as well. The Fog color works perfectly with the light grey walls throughout the house and it’s a bit more subtle which is my style.

I also just wanted to say that my kitchen isn’t usually this clean but I feel like that’s probably understood- especially with two little toddlers running around! I have always loved our kitchen. We do a lot of entertaining, eating and drinking around the island. It’s really the place to congregate so having beautiful but also comfortable chairs was very important. These are so comfy and having redone this space makes me even more excited to be in the kitchen- whether it’s cooking or just hanging out.

I styled the rest of the kitchen with other accessories from Serena and Lily. The tray is a stand out piece. It is HUGE and can hold a ton of different things-perfect for entertaining as well. Fill it with oranges, a pitcher of OJ and some champagne, mimosas for everyone, perfect for entertaining!

My place mats add a nice natural touch that goes well with my pendant lights. If you are looking for other options, the place mat style also comes in a table runner. My exact pendant lights are old but I actually found very similar from S&L here.

Back to School: Part 2

We are down to the final few weeks of summer vacation here so I thought I would bring you another round up of Back to School pieces- all of which can be found at Walmart. My kids don’t go back to school until September so these will likely be their first-day-of-school outfits but I know a bunch of kiddos in other parts of the country are already back in school. So, these looks can just be for fall or even picture day! So fun! ps. the sequin lunch box was a BIG hit- so much so that you will notice in the pics with both kids, Emmy and Elliott have to each have their hands on it! 🙂
